Turns out that the Digg sale wasn’t just for $500,000 — the originally reported number.
Thing is, the fact that this number didn’t really shock anybody as much as it depressed them says something. Digg has been dead for a good while. A perfect example of the power of the internet; it makes and breaks in a flash.
