… don’t be fooled: the Envy 15 misses on simple basics like long battery life and a no-nonsense touchpad. HP may have improved on the MacBook Pro in ways that are meaningful for Windows power users, but it’s not going to tempt any Apple fans to jump ship, and it’s not a PC for everyone.

I think that this is a good computer with a great display. If I was to buy a PC, I’d pick up an HP, most likely.
But no matter how amazing it is, it’s a rip-off of the MacBook Pro. There are so many other ways to design a computer. Apple has some frivolous (in my opinion) suits against Samsung related to the iPad and Galaxy Tab, but this is where they should be attacking.
